Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Amazonia, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and flexibility for all our customers, the following policies apply to cancellations and rescheduling of bookings: Cancellation Policy Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be made via email/online portal/phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund or a credit voucher. Late Cancellations: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking. No Shows: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be issued. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking, subject to availability. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a rescheduling fee, e.gยฃ10. Reschedule Limits: Rescheduling is only permitted for bookings within 30 days of the original date. Refund Policy Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5โ7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Special Circumstances We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
